Upon the recent guidance issued by the CDC, CMS, state and local agency recommendations and restrictions, we appreciate your patience and understanding at this time as our center is restricting the visitation of ALL visitors to our center except for certain compassionate care and special consideration situations, such as an end-of-life.
In those limited cases, visitors will be screened per the government guidelines, and if they meet the criteria, will be asked to perform hand hygiene and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as face masks and will be limited to the specific room/area identified by our staff only.
Our center does NOT CURRENTLY have any active cases of COVID-19, and we are implementing this restriction under the guidance of the CDC, as well as local, state, and federal health officials.
